Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Gallry for using the Service. Please read them carefully — they cover your account, your content, billing, and the limits of our responsibilities.
01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gallry (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please provide accurate account information and keep it up to date so we can reach you about your account.
03Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to the photographs and other content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your work.
You grant Gallry a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize, watermark, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and delivering your galleries to the people you choose. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for residual copies in backups that expire on a normal schedule.
You represent that you have the rights and any consents needed to upload and share your content.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to store or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share, and not to misuse the Service in ways that harm Gallry, other users, or third parties — including attempting to breach security, disrupt the Service, or circumvent storage or access controls.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
05Plans, billing, and changes
Gallry offers a free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro) with higher storage and additional features, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually; annual billing is offered at a lower effective rate.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes to your plan take effect on your next billing cycle, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
06Storage limits
Each plan includes a storage allowance. If you reach your limit, your existing galleries remain live and viewable, but you will be prompted to upgrade before adding new photos beyond the limit.
07Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your content may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
08Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep your galleries available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your original photographs.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
